Flexible Plastic Extrusion

Flexible plastic is produced as a combination of plastic and resin pellets are heated in the barrel of a plastic extrusion machine. As the pellets emulsify through electric heat and constant motion, the mixture reached a malleable, liquid-like viscosity called a poly mixture. It’s then filtered and pushed through a die as a flexible film that can be shaped and modified into a wide range of components and products.
